PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

Biesse Crea Srl, with registered office in Villotta di Chions (PN), 7 Via Monte Grappa, is the controller of the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Controller”). The Controller provides the following information to the Customer (the “Data Subject”) in compliance with the European and Italian laws on protection of personal data.

Purposes and Legal Basis of the Processing

The Controller processes the data to meet all contractual and legal obligations related to the business relationship as well as to pursue its legitimate interest in the proper management of such relationship, assess the Customer’s solvency and manage any disputes that may arise.
The legal basis of the processing is the need to pursue the above purposes.

Data Retention Period

The Controller will process the Customer’s Data throughout the business relationship and afterwards to complete all and any requirements connected with or arising from such relationship, for as long as is required by law and up to the period of limitation of the rights arising from the business relationship, except where longer storage periods are required to resolve any dispute that may have arisen (whatever the outcome).

Nature of the Provision and Consequences of Refusal to Provide Data

These data are required and in case of failure to provide all or part of them, it will be impossible for us to pursue the indicated purposes.

Classes of Recipients

The Controller will not disseminate the data, but will disclose them to internal staff authorized for the processing in relation to their respective duties, to credit institutions, credit insurance and business information companies, consulting firms, trade associations and/or organizations and to consultants or service firms as well as to public and private entities, including after inspections and audits. If these recipients are to process data on behalf of the Controller, they will be appointed as data processors by a specific contract or other legal instrument.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries and/or International Organizations

No personal data will be transferred to Countries outside the European Union or to International Organizations.

Rights of Data Subjects

The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Controller access to his or her personal data and the rectification of any inaccurate data or erasure or restriction of their processing if the relevant conditions are met, to object to his or her data being processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, as well as the right to portability of the data personally provided, only in case of processing by automated means based on consent or on a contract. Moreover, the Data Subject is entitled at any time to withdraw his or her consent to the processing for purposes that require such consent; however, the lawfulness of the processing carried out before such withdrawal will remain unprejudiced.
